The first launch at Original Prices was concluded on July 7th, 2010. Response of public in all categories was very enthusiastic and overwhelming. As announced, a free, fair and transparent computerized balloting is scheduled to be held on October 7th, 2010.
Confirm Category (30% down payment)
I-
First 5000 applicants would be informed about the results in September, 2010. They will be required to pay 10% of the plot price by October 06, 2010
II-
Unsuccessful applicants from balloting, would be refunded their deposit, excluding Processing Fee, within one month period.
10% down payment category
I-
Applicants selected through computer balloting will be informed of the results. Successful applicants will be required to pay 10% of the plot price immediately on confirmation.
II-
The unsuccessful applicants would get refund of their deposit, excluding Processing Fee, within a period of three months from balloting, as per notified terms & conditions.
